January Pack Meeting

Our theme for pack meeting was winter. We put the boys awards in "snow balls" (balloons). They had lots of fun popping them.

The first picture is one of the games. "Cross Country Skiing" One of the teams was short a boy so I stepped in. Ty and I raced. Yes I won!! :) :)

We had lots of fun. Ty is doing well and getting lots of things past off.

My Man Playing Ball

Zack is playing basketball Monday nights. He had a co worker come to him and ask to play with him and some friends. Long story short he has become the coach and the other players are not great. They are having lots of fun and the kids love watching their Dad play.

Freddie and Zack are in the picture right above. Freddie is a friend of Zack's. They have been teaching the others how to play a 3-2 defense and zone.

Corrine and Alisa have been so GREAT in helping Ty with his CA Mission Project. We went to San Diego. Corrine laughed at how much stuff we had for one night. We had to take a picture. I told Corrine just wait until you have kids. You will have a snack bag, toy bag, DVD bag, DVD player, clothes and bathroom bag.

After this weekend we have now seen 4 CA Missions. It's been very interesting.

Remembering Family

On our way to San Diego we went by Oceanside where Dad Bird's first wife and daughter are buried and Zack's brother Ryan. We went and cleaned the head stones and put some flowers in there pot.
Lori picked the flowers and her and Bryn put them in the pot. They were so excited. I had a nice time with the kids talking about our family and our Father in Heaven eternal plan.

Ty was just chosen to be on the All-Star B team. He was so happy!

Oh how I wished that Zack was not out of town tonight. Bryn had a very hard night as you can see. I think she had 4 bags of fun fruits. It was only 1 1/2 hrs. But seemed like 6hrs.

OUR STAR PLAYER. Ty had a fun year and was on a good team. That always makes it nice.
