Ty's Recital

Piano Recital

Ty had his first piano recital tonight. He did a GREAT job. G&G Barlow came out for it. It was fun to have them here. Zack tape it and we are trying to get it to work. I hope it does so everyone can hear it.

Game 5-29-08

Rachel came out today so she could see Ty play in a game. She took these pictures for me. Thanks Rach! Bryn was having a I only want my Mom day.
This is Ty hitting his ground rule double. I thought for sure it was gone. He hit this ball so hard.
He had a GREAT game. He played short stop this whole game.

Rounding first after his hit. This picture of Ty running reminds me of Garrett when he played. He had a great throw from third to first. They won 12 to 9.

Lori's Dance Class

Lori has her first dance recital on Father's Day. Since we will not be attending I wanted to get some pictures of Lori doing her dance. She is so cute. Lori loves dance. The girl to the right of her is Abbie. We meet her and her mom at library class. This is how we found out about this class. They have fun together.

Lori wants to say that she loves to tap dance. She also loves her dance clothes.

Blue Jay Baseball

Ty wanted me to post some pictures of his last game.
This is after they lost and Zack was giving them a talking to. They've got a few boys that like to whine a lot. Zack has a hard time with that. Ty loves how this says his Dad's name. He loves how they are both 5's also.
It's fun for Zack to coach Ty. They have lots of fun and baseball is always talked about.

10 Months

I know I the Mom but I think Bryn is Beautiful. I love her smile. She is such a joy to have. She is getting around so well. As you saw earlier on our blog she is walking around with her toy. She loves walking. In the last two days she is balancing more also. She has had 4 top teeth all coming in. One cut through while we were in Colorado and the other 3 cut through on May 16th. She is getting lots of hair and it's coming in blonde. Zack and I think she is looking more and more like Ty did at this age. She is a really good baby. She has a lot a patience. She does not cry much. (which I love)
I thought I'd show a picture of her teeth. Lori had her laughing really hard that's how I got this picture.

Grandpa Barlow's 62nd Birthday

First we went to Ty's baseball game in Lancaster. Which they lost by 1. Thank heavens for trees. It was 100 degrees today.
Then we took Grandpa to Tommy's for lunch/dinner. I remember going to Tommy's with Dad. I went with him to the original Tommy's 12 years ago for there 50th anniversary. One thing I remember Dad always saying is he loves that they have Pepsi. (I love it too)
Grandpa and Grandma took Ty and Lori swimming at the Hotel. (do not have pictures) After swimming they came over and we had cake and ice cream.
We made one of Dad's favorites...Lemon Cake. Lori wanted the sprinkles. She says cake is not good without sprinkles.
As you can see Lori had chocolate ice cream. We tried to give Bryn some cake and she did not want it. (that's good)
Then Dad and Mom went to a movie.
We had lots of fun and are very appreciative that they came to be with us.
WE LOVE YOU Grandpa and Grandma!!!

Bryn's First Step with Help...

Bryn has been walking around the couch, chairs, walls and whatever she could securely hold on to for about a month now. Yesterday Lori was trying to get Bryn to walk with her toy. Today Lori got her to do it and Bryn loves it. Lori and Bryn were walking all over the house this morning. It was so fun to watch them. Bryn loves to bounce up and down before she goes and when she ends. She is so cute!!
